The University may grant an appeal only if it determines that the student will be able to meet SAP standards after the subsequent payment period; or the student’s academic plan, 如果之后, 将允许学生在特定时间点达到SAP标准.

This must be completed prior to the start of the next term to allow for recalculation of their completion rate. All components of the Augustana University SAP Policy apply to 奥吉访问 students with the following exceptions.

A student placed on Financial 援助 Suspension is allowed to appeal their suspension to the Director of Financial 援助. An appeal includes a written statement from the student with any supporting documentation. A student with an approved appeal will be placed on Financial 援助 Probation and be eligible to receive federal aid. Students on probation remain eligible for federal aid as long as they continue to follow and successfully complete their academic plan.

All communication regarding SAP is sent directly from the Director of Financial 援助 to the student via University email.
